Criminal Defense

Aiming to Protect Your Future

AVVO QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Everyone has the right to an attorney to defend them when they’ve been charged with a crime. Likewise, everyone accused of a crime has the right to make the state prove beyond a reasonable doubt that they committed that crime. Criminal charges and the possibility of conviction can be frightening, and can also have a major impact on your life.

“I want you to have as many options available to you as possible. For that reason, I look at all my cases in terms of our ultimate trial strategy. But the simple fact is, for one reason or another, very few cases ever make it to trial. And before your case ever gets to a jury, it is tried in the minds of the prosecutors. Therefore, I also focus on building a defense designed to convince them of the weaknesses in their case.”

You need knowledgeable legal counsel to help you understand your options, to recommend a course of action, and to prepare you for trial. You need to have a smart and skilled attorney in your corner.
